He is a very friendly person and explained everything he was going to do. He left my house as clean as when he got here. Iâ ll probably have him once a year to keep my house safe

Very honest and reliable. Was under the impression because of a home inspection that a home that I had sold had issues with the damper on one of the fireplaces. Was very pleased with Tim at 123 Chimney sweep. He could have taken advantage of me since I believed the home inspector. He showed me that both dampers were fine. and he even took videos. The home inspector was incorrect. I then had him clean both fireplaces Any mess was then cleaned up by Tim. I highly recommended 123 Chimney Sweeps

Thoroughly professional and informative - I like to watch when people work in my home - some don't like that but they welcomed it. This is how I learn and they agreed. I learned more about my fireplace today than I have ever known in 31 years of living in this home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Mr Allen was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He prepared the area before he started to clean the chimney and cleaned everything when he was finished, couldnâ t tell he had been here. Very pleased and highly recommend.

This company cleaned our dryer vents, because our dryer was taking 3 cycles to fully dry clothes. They were professional and efficient, and respected COVID safety by always wearing masks while in our home. The price they charged was very reasonable as well. They did a great job too- our dryer works better than it ever has! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the greater New Orleans area who needs a chimney sweep and/or dryer vent service.
