I got a quote from Brandon and decided to move forward with them for my whole home generator. He was very competitive on the pricing, and very transparent with the process. For instance, the generators were on backorder and Brandon was very honest right from the start. He kept me updated all the way through till the generator arrived. The install went fantastic, and it was done professionally and very clean. We contracted Brandon to come out and install a generator at my Grandmother. I have been knowing Brandon for quite a while as he serviced the generator at a previous job. He and his two brothers did a great job on the install from explaining everything along the way. I would highly recommend them if you are considering a generator as this is their only focus.

The whole team at Custom Power Solutions is very professional. Detailed estimate was given before install and all fees were included. Only complaint was delay in the generator arriving from the manufacturer which was do to COVID (not the installer). I would highly recommend Custom Power Solutions and urge you to strongly consider using them for backup generator placement.

I started the conversation around the middle of March 2020 with Brandon Walsh. He is kind and very knowledgeable. He answered my emails and texts in a timely manner. My husband is extremely sick and is on home hospice and began 24/7 Oxygen at the beginning of April 2020. and needs electricity to run the condenser for the O2. I wanted this generator in before June ( Hurricane season). Brandon tried his best to do it but because of how busy the company was and the weather ( rain) they could not pour the slab. He worked very hard to get this done. The slab was poured around June 6. .On June 20 he and his well organized crew of 5 installed the generator. They were efficient , professional and cognizant of my husband’s condition. I watched them work. Most workers are sometimes uncomfortable when they are watched doing their work but not this group. They worked well together and got it done in under 4 hours. They also installed a new electrical box for me. I would recommend Brandon and his company and crew. You will not be disappointed.

Custom Power Solutions installed a Whole Home Generator, Transfer Switch and Smart Management Modules. Brandon, the owner of Custom Power Solutions, was timely in all of his communications and followed up on all of his commitments. He always called to say when he was on his way and kept his appointment times. This is truly a rare behavior among contractors these days! He was very competitive with his pricing and did not try to push a larger unit than was needed. He also did a fantastic job with installing the generator in a clean and aesthetically pleasing manner despite having to put it in a challenging location. It is evident by the installation as well as how clean he keeps his trailer of supplies that he takes pride in delivering quality craftsmanship! I have dealt with numerous contractors over a 12 year span of remodeling various homes I've lived in, so I know a solid contractor when I see one. Brandon fits that description perfectly. I would recommend Custom Power Solutions to any friends or family without reservation. Side note, I am an engineer; hence, I am a pain to deal with as I want to know all the nitty-gritty details about things. Brandon was patient with all of my questions / requests and had knowledgeable responses to my plethora of questions.

Everything went great. The owner was very nice to work with. Any time I E-Mailed him with a question, he answered back right away, even when he was out of town! I had 4 other companies at my house giving me a price for the same Generator, and this company beat them all by a substantial amount! Their Professionalism was awesome! They were extremely polite, and courteous. Very easy to be around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Generac!!

The generator installation went well. Brandon quoted a turn key job including pouring the concrete pad, updating the current electrical panel, running the gas line, and delivering and installing the new generator. He asked for half payment up front which i was concerned about but he delivered as promised. I had a generator installed at another home in the past and i was much happier with this finished product. It looks very professional. Always get two quotes but I definitely recommend Brandon.

Everything went smooth. They came on time with (3) guys and knocked the job out by mid afternoon. After the generator was connected, they started it and explained the operations of the generator and auto-transfer switch. They also answered all other question I had for them. Brandon, owner of Custom Power Solutions did a great job for us.  He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous throughout the entire process.  We had two generators installed by Custom Power Solutions.  It did take a very long time to actually have the generators installed because these houses are located in a National Historical District.  However, that was not Brandon's or Custom Power Solutions' fault.  The fault lies with the City and its very lengthy process to get the permits needed for the installation.  But, Brandon persisted and stayed on top of all that the city required of him; and that was a lot.  I was very pleased with Brandon and Custom Power Solutions and would recommend him to anyone that is in need of a whole home generator.

Very professional. They were very informative. The only problem was some minor delays with the gas end of the installation. The work was high quality. Brandon was very informative. I highly recommend them.
