"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. The steps to replace a retractable screen can vary, but these are the general steps: First, remove the screen cover to expose the screen mechanism and remove the clip that holds the screen in place. You may need to rotate the mechanism to engage the spring before inserting the other end into the frame. Finally, pull the screen down the length of the door’s opening and lock it in place with the clip.
