"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Randy's came out quickly after we first called. They gave us an estimate for the project right away. We later added to the original project to include other areas of our building which was greeted with a "No problem". They came to do the project quickly as scheduled and stayed until it was entirely completed. They were very professional and talked with us throughout the project. They voluntarily did a few extra things that made the project look even better WITHOUT CHARGING a dime extra. Even when the project took a day longer because of the add-on, they didn't change the original estimate and didn't complain. They were very positive and even cheerful throughout the project and worked very hard. They were continuously professional and friendly. It is obvious that they cared about the quality of their work. We had a great experience with Randy's Total Renovation. They did a great job at a great price and did extremely good work.
