"Joeb did my job. He replaced a whirlpool tub with a new soaker tub. He also replaced all of the drain plumbing and put new surround on the wall. He was excellent. Very professional. "Getting a walk in tub is expensive no matter who you use. My experience thus far is with installation only and I must say my install went great. It has been over a month and no issues with my tub so I cannot comment on repair process with American Standard."
