"I would highly recommend JCT solutions. We had a room replastered and a new attic access installed. JCT were great at communicating from the beginning and throughout the project. Mark is professional and they are reasonably priced. The plastering team were efficient, worked well together and cleaned up after the project was completed. "We had a water leak and were concerned that it was coming through our older roof. We had Eric at Sunrise come out and assess the problem. He repaired a small leak and conducted a thorough inspection of our roof. It had considerable hail damage from past storms. He worked with our insurance company and we only paid the deductible. His crew did a great job, cleaned up very well after themselves, and finished in a day. He even made suggestions about the color we should use and brought samples. We recently had a small leak near a skylight and called to let Sunrise know. They sent out someone the next day to take care of the problem. The roof is beautiful!!!
