After being told that the floor could not be repaired (I.e. damaged strips replaced), that the entire floor would have to be replaced, Travis not only replaced the damaged strips but completed the transitional tile work between the master bathroom and the bedroom!! He did an outstanding job. Every time I look at the floor and remember how it looked before, I get just as excited as when it was first completed!!"
