I needed to have some cleaning done in a hurry. I chose this company because of its good reviews, because they were able to offer next-day service and because they did carpet cleaning, pressure washing and tile cleaning with one truck and one visit.
The carpet cleaning went OK, but the pressure washing of exterior concrete pavers and brick pavers left behind several dirty spots (where puddles of dirty water had apparently been left to evaporate) that were not evident until the surfaces had dried.  I had hoped that the interior tile cleaning would remove built up dirt from the grout, but the tile really didn't look cleaner after the floor scrubbing than before.  That was money wasted, because on a square foot basis, the tile cleaning was more expensive than the carpet cleaning.
I talked to the owner of the company later, and rather than adjusting the bill, he sent the crew back to re-clean some of the exterior surfaces.  As a result, I changed my overall rating from a C to a B.  This company is responsive and professional, but they lack the right equipment to clean interior tile floors.  I obtained better results cleaning some tiles a few years ago by using a scrub brush and a box of baking soda.  I would use this company again only for carpet cleaning.

Showed up on time, did the work quickly, professionally.   These guys knew what they were doing, and got right to it.  Were very friendly, knowledgeable, and conducted themselves professionally.  I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

The Xtreme Steam Team is Amazing.  They got here early and finished the job with no hassles.  When I asked the to include the the two chairs they didn't try to jack up the price.  Usually on the Friday before Thanksgiving I would expect to run into problems with trying to get done quick at a sacrifice to quality.  Not these guys, they take pride in their work and make sure it is done right!  I could not have been more pleased with their performance.

They did an awesome job! Got here on time. Did the job well. Carpet looks, smells and feels new! Gave us a great price. They were extremely professional, and courteous I will most definitely use again in the future.

Carpets were cleaned in three bedrooms and living room area.  The technician was very prompt and polite.  I asked in advance how long the job would take and how long the carpets would take to dry.  The job was completed in less time than they projected (which always worries me a little).  They told me it would take 3-4 hours to dry.  However, the carpet was still too wet to walk on 12 hours later and there were still some damp spots 24 hours later.  Our carpet is a little thick, but nothing out of the ordinary.  They were not able to remove any stains, but I wasn't really expecting that much for the price.  My purpose was to get the carpets freshened up a little.

Came out same day I called in 2 hrs! Explained to me their process and did the Bathroom for only $30 extra.

Carpet Technicians came in and steam cleaned my Carpet in the entire house for a great price. I have a house cat and a dog and Carpet Technicians were able to remove Odor as well as hard to remove stains and hair. Carpet Technicians would not leave the area until I was satisfied with the results. Would definitaly recommend Xtreme Clean to anyone in need of their Services. The Staff has been very professional, knowledgable, polite and provided answers when needed.

I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet...decided since this guy was running a special that I would see if I could salvage it instead ...besides, he was running a $100.00 special.  The guys were very professional and knowlegeable  - they were really courteous as well.  The carpet looks almost brand new and smells great.  I want have to replace it after all.
