My family just accepts that I am a slob and a lousy housekeeper. When they visited me this last time, they literally fell silent upon entering. It was a new place. Lacy had helped me clear out clutter, so the house itself had looked good to begin with. The corners were visible, so the living room felt larger. We had relocated the floor of my office that had disappeared under storage boxes and paperwork. She and her crew cleaned, WOW did they clean! I had thought I would have to refinish my masonry fireplace to make it look good again, but Lacy proved me wrong. My dull floors had new life, the countertops in the kitchen look like they did when they were brand new, the appliances shined like new money, my house was just so inviting. I love it!"

"Charles called the day before to give me a specific time and arrived this morning at that exact time.  He was professional and polite and got the work done quickly and without any problems.  After he finished, the clean up was thorough and nothing was left behind.  The tub looks great and I am very pleased.  It will have to continue drying for two more days before I can use it.  I would definitely use New Surface Technology  again.

"Steve and Lamar drove to Minden to clean our house. They arrived promptly and listened intently to the scope of work we wanted to complete. They are an AWESOME team! We have never had anyone as thorough and diligent and these two men. They cleaned baseboards, crown moldings, window seals, bathrooms, dusted very thoroughly, cleaned ceiling fans, wiped down all cabinet doors and interior doors, mopped and vacuumed. They also have great personalities. We will definitely be using them again!"

"Their owner came out and made a template of our counters, helped us pick out the stone via pictures directing, from their yard, on his phone and gave us the estimate. The following week after fabricating our counters their team of 2 men arrived on time and tore out the old counters and installed the new ones plus a new under mounted sink. They cleaned and sealed the stone and cleaned up all the mess and took it away with them. They were very nice, respectful and fast. They are a wonderful company, easy to work with and much less expensive than the Big Box stores. We won't ever use anyone else. The granite they provided is a beautiful cream bourdeaux."

"Jill provided two different floor plans for us, and was very flexible, as far as working the option of piano into the room.  She responded to several follow-up questions I had, and provided suggestions for where to locate resources.  Jill was very easy to work with, and very accommodating. However, I found the process of working with a "virtual designer" to be a bit challenging for me.  That was definitely no fault of Jill's, thought.  I would use her again, particularly if I needed help with planning a room layout.
