"I liked everything. The guy was really good. He said he would completely redo anything that I was not satisfied with. He told me that if any chips developed in it in the next 5 years, he would come out at no charge and do a touch up. He was really good. He provided excellent service. I need a couple of little spots touched up before I sell the house because I've had some other work done. His price was in the range of where most of the others were. He did a real good job on the quality. He answered my calls or returned them right away. He was on time and if he said he would be there at 1, he was."

"Overall I was very satisfied with the work.  The true measure of a company is how they respond when things don't go perfectly.  I had a few minor issues during the painting.  The painter accidentally knocked over a vase and broke it.  He felt terrible and apologized profusely.  Float n' Coat immediately reimbursed me for the vase.  Accidents happen and I was pleased with the way it was handled and how I was treated.
Both Jason and Patrick were very professional and the walls/ceilings look great.  They made sure I was satisfied completely before leaving and calling the project complete.

Epoxy Flooring questions, answered by experts

When you are laying hardwood flooring—or any other material that does not flex well with humidity—you will want to check the moisture level of your subfloor before proceeding. Flooring like luxury vinyl tile and bamboo performs better than more rigid materials in environments where moisture might be present. However, thorough testing is always an excellent preventative measure to control and monitor water in your home.

Yes, professionals can customize concrete surfaces with a variety of decorative options. Common choices include stamping, staining, polished concrete, and exposed aggregate to enhance the aesthetic appeal.

Apply two coats of paint to a garage floor after priming for optimal results. The first coat serves as a base layer, providing adhesion and coverage. Allow the first coat to dry thoroughly before applying the second coat, typically after 12 to 24 hours. The second coat ensures even coverage and durability and enhances the floor's appearance. Additionally, applying two coats helps to create a more substantial barrier against stains, chemicals, and wear and tear, resulting in a longer-lasting finish.

While there is a lot to like when it comes to epoxy flooring, there are some disadvantages for you to consider. For one, this flooring gets very slippery when wet, which means that it might not be the best option for homes with young children and older adults. Using an anti-slip coating can help.

Also, the installation period requires a long curing time of several days. Wet epoxy also releases strong smells during this curing period, which requires proper ventilation and safety gear.
