"Very very well! Adam was very professional, on time, communicated frequently throughout the process, installed the unit quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up afterwards. This unit was for my aunt who is a senior citizen and he was so patient with her. I am so pleased with the work Adam completed! Overall outstanding! Job well done! "Chris responded with a house visit to check my air conditioner mini-split system very quickly. He communicated the problem with the unit and gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on the repair. "Computer had been acting up for a while but I kept putting off getting it fixed.  After reading all the great reviews, I decided to give N.A.T.S. a call.  So glad I did.   Jim was able to resolve all my problems remotely - no drop off or pick up necessary - so convenient!  I feel like I have a brand new computer, it runs so well and FAST too.  I couldn't be happier and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.  My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner.
