I have done two posting on Advanced Air Conditioning.  I had an issue with duct work being installed. I felt that I was being over charged. I talked to Tom Lawson, the owner, on December 11, 2015 and we were able to reach an amicable solution.

Work was performed quickly and perfectly.  We needed a part, which he had on his truck, thank goodness! 
Part was installed along with another part that my husband had requested (some switch apparently.  I'm not mechanically inclined!)
We ordered some vent grills which should be arriving in a couple of days.  Ours were directing the air in the wrong directions!  Once he pointed that out, it was apparent to me that he was correct.  
Mr. Tom saved the day! 
Seriously, I would recommend this company to anyone with any HVAC concerns at all.  Pure professionalism, great work ethic, personable.  Everything you could want!

I called on a Sunday for immediate service so I was warned (and expected) that the service call would be higher than normal. The technician who responded was clear over the phone what rates I should expect and was very quick to arrive. I showed hom the exterior unit and left him alone to work, within just minutes the AC was back up and running. About 10 minutes later I went out to check on him and found him urinating on my house next to the unit. Not only is this just wrong but only 10 feet away was the window of my neighbors house where their young daughter bedroom is, where she could have easily seen this old man with his thing hanging out! Later on when he handed me the bill, he stated he had to replace the starting capacitor on the unit and charged me $250 for the part. Having a long career background in electrical I thought this rather high, but I figured since I knew the owner I'd talk about the price later with him as I planned to call to complain about his technician. I searched online for the brand name part and found it available for only $60 new (retail), while I don't mind paying a markup for the service, a 400% markup is rather steep in my opinion. The owner had worked with me on some portable shelters I was designing at my employers where he installed the HVAC systems, I trusted his work and thus why I called him to work on my home. I wrote emails and made a few calls to which he never once responded. Needless to say that due to very poor customer service, he's lost my personal business as well as my future recommendation at work for commercial business.

Buyer BEWARE:
Air went out on Fri. night. I called to see what the service call would be for after hours/weekend. Was told for Fri. night it would be $256 or for Sat. morning, it would be $119. I said ok, i can wait till sat. They were there Sat. morning. Checked it and the capacitor had gone out. The unit only being 4 yrs old, the part was still under warranty, but was told since they didn't install the unit, and the parts house not being open till Monday, they could replace it for a cost of $294, or I could wait till Monday and they could go get the part and come back and replace it then, but it would only save me $4, because there would be a charge to go to the parts house and a return trip charge. So basically, they charged a 800% markup for the capacitor for installing on Sat.
I called the owner/manager on Mon a.m., and told him I thought that was a little extreme. His response was and quot;it's just like going to the emergency room vs going to your regular dr.and quot;
If I had been told when I called and asked pricing, that I was gonna be charged an 800% markup on the parts, due to it being the weekend, I would have (1) called someone else or (2) waited until monday. Why they don't just tell you the after hours service call is $300+ dollars, I'm not sure. But I know in the future, I will NOT be calling them.

They were excellent. As soon as I got the estimate from Tom, I knew that was who we would use. They honored their original quote, there were no little extra fees anywhere and we are SO happy. I would recommend them to anyone and I talk about how wonderful they were all the time.
We had other quotes come in for less and a lot for more, but the service and quality of the work made it worth every penny.

The service technician arrived on time and surveyed the duct work in the attice. Confimed that I had some damaged duct work that needed to be replaced. Received a price for the replacement. I asked when this work could be done I was told they could preform the work that morning. While the service technician waited for the duct work to arrive he serviced my A/C unit.

This is the 3rd time I've had Advanced Air come out after hours during the summer when my ac has gone out. They responded promptly, correctly diagnosed the problem, and, within of hour, had my air back running. Love this company so much. I have a yearly maintenance contract with them too.

The crew from Advanced A/C arrived on time (7:45 AM) and promptly went to work removing the ducting that dated from the early 1960s when the house was built. Shortly after the Advanced A/C team arrived the gentlemen from the electrical contractor they use arrived to install the exhaust fan in the bathroom and run the wiring for the switch for the fan. The electrician finished his work within a ninety minute time frame and left after cleaning up after himself. The guys from Advanced took down an unused attic fan, the louvers and cover to access the attic. They laid tarps over the floors to protect them and make clean up easier. They removed the old metal ducts quickly and with a minimum of mess and noise. The new duct work, Trane CleanEffect system and bathroom exhaust fan were installed. Insulation was installed around the boots. The ceiling grills in each room were taken down and cleaned. They replaced the louvers to the attic fan and the cover and cleaned them before replacing them. This was all accomplished in a professional manner. After the installation was finished the senior technician explained how the Trane CleanEffect system works and how to service it. He then double checked behind his people to make sure they had cleaned up after themselves. The job is finished and the Advanced A/C team left at 12:30. When the Advanced A/C crew had left I did my own inspection and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I only had one minor thing to clean up. They cleaned every little piece of the removed ducts and insulation from the yard where they had been piling it up as they removed it from the attic. The only negative aspect of the experience was that I thought the price was a bit high. All things considered I am happy to have called Advanced A/C once again and I will most likely call again if I need to.

I felt I was overcharged by $200 for this job. I told the company and the BBB. I was told by the owner that I had buyers remorse. Haha. That's funny. The only remorse I had was using his company and getting ripped off. No problem though, I am sure he has more than enough business to make up for my loss.

I called Advanced around 2 p.m. and they had a technician at our home before 3. He took about 30 minutes to fix the problem (switch) and the heat was on again. This is the second time in 2 years that I've needed service to my AC/Heat and both times I used Advanced. If I ever have any more problems I will certainly call them again.
