Troy was pretty much like a family member coming over and really listening to me. I signed up for a reasonably priced plan that provides semi-annual maintenance on both ac units for one yearly cost. He and assistant were thorough, checking and servicing all equipment and filters, and answered many questions for me, giving me some great information about insulation issues, filters, drainage, cost saving ideas, etc. Only had 2 reviews on Angie's list but saw many outstanding reviews elsewhere. I recommend Troy to anyone wanting a competent, honest HVAC guy.

They were very professional and prompt. They inspected everything. They ended up draining 3 pounds of Freon from system and sealed what hadn't been previously sealed through the 4 prior professionals we had out. These guys are awesome and very affordable. I will recommend them to everyone I know and will be using them in the future with my rent houses.

Troy and his crew are FANTASTIC! My husband has used him for years for routine maintenance and other small issues. We recently had a carbon monoxide leak when we turned on the heater for the first time this season. We called Troy that night and received immediate response and service. They identified the problem quickly and had everything safely up and running in no time. Very thorough work, courteous staff, and appropriate prices. Highly recommended!
