They include removing a chimney and repairing rotted wood; redoing the apex on one side of the house; replacing the soffit and facia and replacing rotted wood which was extensive. NRAMS also did a similar job on another property which also included painting . In addition they replaced the roof to include decking as needed. They also cleaned and sealed several roofs.
