Not only did they check out the problem I knew about but they also inspected the rest of the roof. They found some other major problems; vent pipes cracked and loose screws holding the roof. They were able to fix it all. Very pleased

I had a new roof installed,Very pleased with the work. Crew was there on time and completed the work when they said they would. Cleaned up all debris. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs. Kind, respectful. I will be calling them again.

It hasn't rained yet, so that will be the final test to make sure the leak has been taken care of. Prompt, professional, kept us updated on time of repair, explained fully what he was going to do and why. Excellent service.

The job did not take long it was a little pricey, I did not get an invoice for the supplies used and costs for labor, just a total price which was a different price that what we discussed. I did not get a contract to sign just a invoice with a estimate. I did not have problems with the work it is just the paper work and I want the prices of supplies I am paying for.

Great overall experience. Easy to communicate with and very up front with their prices. When I told them that I was getting quotes from other companies, they told me the kind of paint I should tell the other companies to use for the best results. I really appreciated that they were more willing to help me with my project than sell themselves which is why I picked them in the end.

I needed someone to come and check out a leak that was on the ceiling of my kitchen to see if it was from my roof. Christian Wells responded immediately to our needs and came to take a look the very next day. He was so friendly and helpful. Even though the issue turned out to be something other than the roof I am still going to keep them in mind if I ever need anything done with my roof. One of my friends recommended me big Jim's construction when I hired 2 company before hand to stop a leak that was coming in my house both those companies couldn't stop the leak when I hired big Jim's construction he explained we had to start from scratch and tear everything up and redo it all I was very satisfied he stopped the leak and everything looked fantastic this was a 1 year ago and the leak has never came back I would highly recommend this company thank you Mr Wells for everything you did we will be hiring you for future project :)

I called Big Jimà ¢à  à  s Construction and I just have to say that they are a honest company. I thought I had a lot of damage/rotted decking on my roof but come to find out I only had one little piece of rotted wood I am very satisfied with my new roof that they put on for me and I will definitely be calling them if I have any future work
