He arrived quickly as promised, and gave text notice when he was on his way, also great. He got the window unstuck quickly, after I had tried many times to do it myself. I had thought that it would have to be rehung, perhaps, which I would think would have to be scheduled for another time/date/ substantially higher cost, but that wasn't necessary.
