The Gutter Snipe

Actually it went well on my home a couple years ago. I've emailed and left voice mail because now I need gutter repair & replacement on a garage - but 2 months have gone by and no response.

I called Lucien in the afternoon and he was here the next morning doing the work. He did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. For reference, I have a large 2-story home.

Showed up on scheduled date and time, completed in a timely fashion. Very professional and courteous.

It was a good experience. We would use his services again.

We corresponded over email, and agreed that they would perform the work and then leave an invoice. Although I did not know which day they would come, they did come and perform the work, and the work quality was excellent. I assumed that they would only clean out the gutters. I was surprised and pleased to see that they had also repaired the downspouts, by securing them in place. Overall, I was very pleased with the work, for the price.

The weather was so awful, Lucien didn't get to come for a while but called as soon as we got a stretch of good enough weather. Came and did a good job and was available for advice about how often to do the cleaning and what kind of shape my gutters were in. I will call him next time I need service.

Wonderfully! When I first spoke with him, he said it would be a week or so before he could get out. Then less than an hour later, he said he'd be here in an hour. And he was. I love this kind of service. He cleaned the gutters, and cleaned up after himself better than I would have done myself.

First of all, they were incredibly responsive, and were here working quicker than most companies return calls. They did an excellent job and took care not to step on any of the landscaping they had to work around. Very nice company, would highly recommend and will use again.

They were good. They were prompt and thorough. I think the prices were reasonable. Thorough and reasonable pricing. I think they were good. They were all good.

My experience was a little mixed. The work itself was fine: the gutters were nailed back up and brackets were put in place. That's all good. However, they only gave a vague time frame (could be Friday, could be Monday) and then just showed up without a text or call beforehand. Workman comes to the door smoking and smoked the whole time he's at the house, including while he's up on the roof. Just dirty and unprofessional, and I don't need to be picking up cigarette butts off my own lawn. So, it was reasonable work, but unprofessional service. Didn't get back in touch for new gutters.

He arrived promptly as scheduled. Did a great job. Gave me some excellent recommendations, none of which would generate any additional work for him, and all of which would result in my saving money by not doing unnecessary modifications. His price for m two-story house with numerous gutters was $145, and he gave me this price over the phone before he'd even seen my house.

We called Lucien Moody and he was in the area and came in about 1 hr. He was very professional, very reasonable, and did a good job. We will certainly hire him again. Thanks.

When I called Lucian said he would come by the next day, but when he hadn't arrived by 6:15 I called to request that he come out the next morning. Lucian was here at 9 am, reviewed my job, gave me an estimate and completed the job within 30 minutes. Not having a drill with him was a minor setback but overall I was pleased with the job. Especially when the actual charge was under the estimate.

The gutters on our 2 story home were horribly past due for cleaning. Large pines trees hang over our property and pine needles fill our gutters. I was afraid having them cleaned out was going to be a very expensive ordeal. I was, however, pleasantly surprised at the cost. The job was done very quickly and they cleaned up the mess very well (which was a big concern of mine, considering in the past other companies left the debris laying in the yard and on our patio.) Will be using them again in the future.

Called on Sunday. Work was done on Monday. Gutters worked great during next Spring rain.

I was in constant communication with The Gutter Snip. They were the last step in a series of workers that kept getting pushed back due to weather. As soon as the weather cleared they were out on the job first thing. They had the gutters fitted and up in no time. Would definitely recommend to anyone that was having gutter of other drainage issues.
