Initial contact for estimate was made by phone. The representative on phone was most helpful and knowledgeable so I dropped off rug for repair the same day. Rug repair was done for less than I had thought it might be and was actually completed sooner than anticipated. The results far exceeded my expectations. Very happy with results! Can recommend this company with confidence and no hesitations.

I had an antique oriental rug that needed to be cleaned. The owner himself picked up my rug at my home. Mr. Rahimi was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He kept it 5 days for cleaning which I thought was reasonable considering it was quite large. He also did some repair work on some frayed edges and I could not even find where he had done the repair, it was done so well. He delivered my rug back to my home and it looked like new again. I would highly recommend Grace Rug Gallery for antique oriental rug cleaning.
