I've been working in the trades for almost 10 years now and have gained a wealth of knowledge since then. I have an extensive back ground in rough carpentry, trim carpentry and concrete but I have a very transferable skill set. "This project turned out beautifully! Alex was quick to respond to my message and promptly set up a date to assess the project and give me a quote. He was very helpful in assisting me to find the right materials and has fair pricing. We scheduled to start the project the following week and they showed up on time, and completed within the expected time frame. The quality of work was impeccable and turned out far better than I had even planned. All good things! Not to mention, as a nightshift nurse, they had my complete trust as I had to sleep during the day and leave in the afternoon for work, cleaning and locking up when they left for the day. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
