"Driveway was paved and sealed by this company with a year guarantee. I was in touch with them within 6 months of the finished job. Asphalt breaking and cracking. 6 months later they came out and looked at it. All they offered was to spray more sealer. My driveway was installed on 7/7/2020. So, in 2 years my driveway has the appearance of a heavily used interstate and is crumbling, cracking, and falling apart. A lot of money for a very bad job. I should have reviewed other companies. Expensive Lesson learned"

Asphalt dries and cures best between 50 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit. This range allows moisture to evaporate quickly without causing the asphalt to cool too fast, which can negatively affect the drying process. MC cold mix asphalt cures more slowly than hot asphalt, but it can be used for temporary patches and repairs in low-traffic areas. UPM is also used cold, but it can be used as a longer-term fix, usable in almost any conditions at almost any temperature.
