He first asked what I wanted to achieve and then measured and made recommendation on how best to achieve what I wanted to do. He explained every step it would take to complete the job and which correlated precisely with industry standards for driveway concrete. I already had a good idea of what reasonable cost would be. A & R's quote was reasonable and right on target for my budget. He scheduled a date and time to start the job and estimated how long it would take to complete. "He came out and figured up the materials needed and we negotiate a price. I left him a check because I was not going to be available later and didn't want him to wait on payment. He called later that day and said he underestimated the crack filler and it could cost me an additional 500 dollars ( keep in mind his bid was 600 dollars, so almost double). I told him to just finish sealing black top. I went to lowes Sunday ( that is 20 minutes away) and bought 2 gallons of crack filler and a couple plastic puddy knives for 24 dollars and finished the job myself. I'm 65 years old and have a knee replacement is why I hired him in the first place. My mistake was to leave him a check, I feel that's why he didn't fulfill his contract."

He showed up when he said he would and was efficient, meticulous and quick in getting the jobs complete. He never ask for payment until job was finished and even then, he done a walk through. During the walk through he was thorough in finishing last minute tasks even changing light bulbs for us! We will definitely use Jason again!"
