"For $128.00 they told me the dish washer was working just fine and performing all necessary tasks, followed by “pump not adequately providing up enough water to the top spray arm of the unit.” Yet they said there is nothing wrong with it. The fridge was labeled as normal wear and tear. That’s fine. The problem is, when I contacted the “owner” Todd Cripe while discussing these issues he hung up on me saying that “we’ve performed our duties and thats all I’m going to hear on this issue” then hung up. Attempting to get a hold of him for well over 2 months to get to the bottom of this and when I finally do, this is the customer care I receive. HORRIBLE SERVICE and even WORSE customer service. They were reporting to the better business bureau as well. I am appalled at his unprofessional verbiage during conversation and overall moral ethics."
