The entire team with Dryer Vent Superheroes are great! Derek, Leah and Nick walked me through the entire process. Explaining to me in detail why my dryer wasn't functioning properly and why there was so much condensation. They discussed the cost and the materials they used. My dryer is barely over a year old and it works better now than when I bought it! I highly recommend reaching out them and having them take a look at your vents! They saved me from a possible fire, damaged dryer and higher electrical bill! The original vent work was not installed properly. They not only cleaned the dryer vents. They corrected the problem so it wouldn't happen again. I can be assured now that my dryer will function to full capacity. I will continue maintaining it by a yearly cleaning! Being a DIY person, I thought I wouldn't need this service and what I've been doing on my own was enough, however I was intrigued by the photos of what was collected out of a friend's house. Pricing for the dryer vent cleaning was much lower than I had anticipated so I decided to give these folks a shot to see how well of a job I've been doing...I was extremely surprised and humbled, quickly, with a pile of lint. Something to be mentioned/highlighted: I'm big on customer service and would like to point out the customer service was top notch, and what really made me decide to do this review. The tech that came in was extremely courteous and respectful of our space, wearing boot covers when he would come inside. When he left, you couldn't even tell we had someone come in to do work. Leah, the owner I spoke to on the phone, was also courteous and very helpful with questions and she actually called us after the service as a follow up, which doesn't happen often with other home repair services. The tech mentioned they also offered HVAC duct cleaning, which is something we've never done. When we received the follow up call, we decided to go ahead and book that cleaning when it gets closer to spring and allergy season. Since we booked a future service the same day as the dryer cleaning was done, the owner gave us a discounted price for the HVAC cleaning, which is appreciated. Kudos to these folks to running a business the right way, and we're going to spread the word with friends and family. Thank you!

Great. Awesome service, very professional crew

Everything went great, couldn’t believe how much stuff came out of the dryer vent, easily enough to craft a small Chewbacca plush doll. The staff was professional and didn’t look like they just got out of prison which is nice. They were very patient with my cat that was bothering them the whole time. Quick service and fair pricing, I will probably wait another 15 years before having it cleaned again but when I’m ready I know who to call!
