"Asked if she cleaned homes in Richmond. She said yes. Gave her my address, agreed on a price, date and time. Ten minutes before she was supposed to be there, I text her asking what time she would get there. Twenty minutes later she replied “I just looked up your house and it’s an hour and 20 min away”. In the asked if she was still coming? Or just running late? never heard anything else back from her. This was very unprofessional and disappointing as we needed our home we had just purchased cleaned before moving in. Do not recommend."

"We hired Tim to clean up our yard a year ago in June, build a retainer wall and replace the privacy fence. The retainer wall was built well and he was reasonably priced for all of the job. We have recently learned that he did not however cement the fence posts and the fence is leaning inwards. We contacted Tim on 4/24 and asked if he had cemented the posts and he said he did, we sent pictures and he said he would come by and look at the fence. It is now 5/18th and our fence is still leaning and Tim has made every excuse why he has not been by. He was paid for the job he promised, and it was not done properly as well as he does not stand behind his work."
