Great company. Had a new garage door installed, received 2 remotes and got a keypad too. It’s awesome, garage now even has WiFi. Sweet! The gentleman that came was quick and efficient. Have already recommended to other friends.

Fantastic. Couldn't be happier. The gate had not worked since it was installed 10 months prior and now everything works perfectly. Alan from Raynor and Chris from WCT came out and reviewed the mess that was left by Myers and provided reasonable estimates to fix everything. When their teams arrived, they were professional and worked non stop, except when they were explaining what had been done and what they were going to do next. Pure professionals. Exceptional people, companies and definitely recommend.

Great. The provider showed up at the time and day promised. He was very pleasant and got the job done in under 2 hours. It required removing and disposing of our old wooden door which was very heavy. The price was very reasonable and there was no heavy sales pitch. We wanted a new, lighter well-insulated door for a two car garage and that's what we got.

The guys at Raynor did a great job working on my garage door.  They came out twice to trouble shoot and believed they had taken care of issue on first try.  Door worked ok for a couple of days then started acting up again.  Called back for additional appointment and they were very responsive to my request.   They came out second time and replace photo eye's on door and that took care of problem.   They apologized for the extra time to fix the issue, but honestly the door worked fine after they adjusted on the first visit, but they didn't charge another service charge for 2nd visit.   I will definitely use them again and refer to my friends.

Everything went great.....  the entire installation was completed on time..... the installers (Carl Sayre and Glenn) did an excellent job and were so gracious explaining the new doors and how they operate .  They did a great job and once finished they cleaned up the area, hauled away the old doors and the Garage hasn't looked this good in over 50 years !  The new doors made a world of difference !  I would highly recommend Raynor  Garage Doors of Lexington (Raynor Door Authority Of Lexington ) for their product quality, personnel  professionalism, pricing and installation quality.  Great job in all aspects of the project !

I was pleased with them and they were very good to work with. They did a good job. They were prompt and knowledgeable. The only disappointment was that the product broke sooner than I had anticipated. The electric gate motor opener broke sooner than I anticipated or expected. They didn't make it, they just put it in. They came out and fixed it and everything was fine. They were very dependable. I was not as satisfied with the manufacturer (unknown) of the electric gate. They were good and friendly. They didn't charge me a whole lot of money to do it. I will certainly use them again.

I would recommend Raymor to anyone ...They and their service personnel and especially Jake are superior.

My wife's Toyota Rav4 was stuck in the garage due to (2) broken garage door springs. Although the repair could not be completed until Tuesday (5.01.12), a Raynor door tech still came by on Monday (4.30.12) and clamped the springs so the door would raise and lower as normal at no charge, which enabled my wife and I to get off to work on time. Then Jake "The Man" Jacobs stopped by on 5.01.12 and replaced both springs in less than 30 minutes.. And the best part - the repair was completed at a flat rate! Gosh I wish someone else was here so we could chest-bump each other, or at least high-5.. you know? A didn't know such service oriented companies still existed. They are first rate in price, service and everything else. Mr. Kramer was the guy who dealt with us. He was good and did a very good job. They were very courteous and came on time. They did an excellent job. I was very pleased with them. They did a perfect job in terms of garage doors. They put it all together and made it all work well. If need be, then I would use their services again. They had initially done some work for me and that’s why I called them. They were responsive when they came out to get the work done. They were first rate people.

I've had them out several times and they have always done good work. They always try to send the same man, Jake, and I like him and he knows where I am at. He knows my equipment. They are very responsive and usually get somebody out the same day.

Replacement options were fully explained and we were show samples of the different doors. We were informed about the federal energy efficiency tax credit, which will help with the overall price. Work was fast with everything complete in about 4 hours. Professional crew and responsive manager.

Very punctual, price was good and did an excellent job.
