I text late on a Sunday and had an appointment for 10am Monday Morning. The tennants couldn?t speak highly enough of Bill and the door was repaired within the hour for what I consider a very reasonable fee. Will 110% be using them again.

My garage door broke this morning and a friend recommended using Door Tech. I called and they were at my house within an hour and a half. Extremely personably representative was on time and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes for half of the price that I was expecting. The next time my garage door has an issue, I will be calling Door Tech again.

Our garage door came off track (bc I hit it with my car) but Bill was here same day, right on time, worked quickly and was so professional and polite!! The door looks like new, sounds quieter than it did even before and he was so reasonably priced!

Wonderfully! Great customer service and they did a great job fixing the problem! Austin showed up exactly when he said he would. He went beyond the call of duty to fix my garage door, even making adjustments (unrelated to the problem I paid him for) so that the door was more stable and quieter. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgable. I found Door-Tech by Googling by looking at the reviews. (No other connection with the company.) I highly recommend the company.

I totally recommend this company!! Austin was wonderful throughout the whole process; answered all my questions thoroughly, explained my choices, arrived as scheduled, and did terrific work. My new doors look great, roll up and down nice and smooth, and he fixed the (previously nonfunctional) keypad for me! I will definitely recommend DoorTech to friends!!

Left a message on Sunday afternoon requesting service, they got back with us later that day to schedule a time for the next day. Austin called ahead of time and was right on time for the appointment. Garage door works fine again. Did great work very efficiently. Nice to do business with a company that does what it says it will do!

I knew that the parts were well over $70 and it was a BARGAIN! Putting in a main tension spring is no small matter. Within
30 minutes it was functional and he advised me of a lubricant thru Lowes or Home Depot. He did NOT try to sell me on a new door ( perfectly fine ), or a maintenance plan. He gave me some extra parts ( no charge ). I gave him a good tip and thanked him for his honesty.
I HIGHLY recommend his service! Him and his son are running a great service for central Kentucky! He's on my Christmas card list. Truly a good Man! :)

This was a perfect service call. I contemplated replacing the springs myself, but their price made me think twice about that, and I'm glad I did. They showed up right on time, replaced & adjusted the springs and did a quick inspection of my other garage door components such as the cables and rollers. I was half expecting an up-charge for other adjustments or replacements but that did not happen. I would highly recommend them, plus their springs have a three year guarantee.

Garage door wouldn't open. Unable to manually lift door-very heavy. I noticed that the torsion spring (black coil) was broken on the right side. Called at 10:00 AM and they arrived at 12:30 and switched out both springs on the garage door. Was advised that replacing one was 135 and both would be 178. Advised to switch out both which seemed to be recommended by others online as they both wear similarly. Technician was quick and helpful. I noted in the youtube howto videos the proper procedure which he followed even taking time to file down the shaft. Took pride in work. Highly recommend.

We suspected that a spring had broken on our garage door, and my car was stuck outside in the heat and rain. Mr. King called me back promptly from my Friday afternoon phone message. He arranged to come repair the door the next morning (a Saturday). He and his assistant replaced a broken spring and tube and checked that everything else was working properly. My husband asked if the entire door needed to be replaced, and Mr. King assured us that it did not. The work was done quickly, quietly, and a a price that was far below what we had feared. They cleaned up after themselves, and now I can finally park inside away from the sun and rain! I would definitely recommend them based on service and price.
