"It was raining when the technician arrived, so we waited on the porch until it stopped raining. The technician had to cut a bunch of vines and bushes away from the tower in able to check out the old system. An estimate was given to replace the antenna, cable, signal amplifier, splitter, and grounding the antenna and our tower. We accepted the estimate and Kevin began, immediately to do the work. Within 2 hours, he had taken down the old antenna and wire from our 26 foot tall tower and installed all the new components. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with his work and how patient he was in getting everything done. He did wear a mask and practiced Social Distancing which was important to both of us as we are in our mid 70s. We will definitely be using Terry's Satellite City again, as long as Keven continues to be there. In Breckinridge County, Ky, it is impossible to find any locals who work on outside antennas. I have been searching several years trying to find someone and am glad that I found Terry's Satellite City. It is less to but a new antenna setup than paying for a year of satellite TV. Our antenna, together with Roku, gives us all the TV options we could ever want."

"This discount seems like a good deal, but it really isn't. this $29.99 procures such minimal service that it is quite meaningless. Once you contact Dish (which you must) you realize you could have done just as well or better just going directly to their website. Satellite Country really provides very little in terms of service or discount. I found it to be a bit of a run around. This was supposed to offer a $25 visa card so it seems your initial cost will be minimal. However, the retailer insists you mail them a form (that you must wait for them to send you) and you must send them a processing fee to obtain the card you were promised. To add insult to injury you must provide it by postal money order (which of course is not free) so your $25 is reduced to $22.05 before you ever see it. I found this tedious to say the least (which I am sure works to their advantage) and many months later the envelope is still sitting on my desk waiting for me to make time to buy the money order.  I will be more careful of coupons offered in the future.
