16 Jim did a complete gut job of tackroom, wood ceiling, wood siding on walls, install and painting of cabinets, doors and other. Re worked breaker box and corrected mistakes of others. Installed on demand hot water heater and washing machine and dryer hook ups. Electric baseboard heater....
Gave us a quote do complete the dry wall in our house. The quote was more than double the other two quotes we had received. The quote also included only one line. No breakdown of supplies, labor, etc..... I asked (at least three times) for a breakdown of pricing and never received it....
We hired Sandusky Construction to install drywall in our basement as we were finishing it. They were punctual and did a great job. Any concerns we had as owners was quickly addressed and remedied. I highly recommend them.
Regulator install was done well with no problems. There was a small leak on hot water heater and owner came back immediately to fix it. Owner and assistant were extremely nice and I plan to have them return for additional work.
