He fully explained the contract specifics and was able to schedule the job within a reasonable timeframe. He kept in contact through out the process and was responsive when I had questions. Chris arrived on time to repair the water damage and prep for painting. The job required work over 3 days. Chris was a pleasure to work with. Such a skilled professional and personally just the nicest person ever. He had two properties to handle and was extremely accommodating in scheduling between the jobs. "We selected Grasch Contracting to renovate our upstairs bathroom. Their bid was reasonable and transparent, which I appreciated. Tom explained exactly how the process would work, including the time frames. He met us and helped us select the materials we wanted. He was prompt in communicating with us, which has not always been my experience with other contractors I've worked with. His subs were prompt and attentive to detail. He was hands on throughout the process. He completed the project in reasonable time, never failed to show when he said he'd be there, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The best and most important part though, is the quality of work. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. Here's the kicker. When we went to use the shower, we noticed there was an issue with the shower handle. I texted Tom at 6:30 pm. 30 minutes later he shows up at my door and fixes the issue. That level of customer service just doesn't exist much anymore. It's a comfort to know he stands behind his work. We've already discussed several other projects we'd like to complete. We really can't recommend them enough though."
