"They did a comprehensive inspection of the old roof externally and internally, pointing out all the problem areas, something the other contractors I tried did not do as thoroughly (attic is not completely open). The roof was completed in a day and no debris was left behind."

"We had to close within 10 days and Jeff made sure we got on his schedule and got the review done in time. Highly recommend this company."

"Short of a few nails and staples found on the ground by where the dumpster was, they did an amazing job. They were quick, very efficient, and accommodated our needs very well. I was impressed with their professionalism and transparency in explaining the entire process. From the gentleman who did the initial inspection, the concierge, to the crew that came out, they were all amazing! I would have no issues referring them to my friends and family.,"

"Bob, Was very experienced and knew exactly what to do. He came the very next morning after my call. When he left with the sample he knew I needed it ASAP, so he took it straight to the lab from my house. I had the report the same day at 4:30. Excellent response."

"Erie Homes completed a basement waterproofing for us on 11/20/23. We were impressed and pleased by the professionalism and communication at every phase of the project. Brandon expertly explained the Erie Homes waterproofing system, sump pumps, materials, and warranty and provided us with a quote and pricing details. Having being burned by projects in the past, we came back with a long list of questions and conditions. Brandon answered every single one, made sure that we were completely satisfied with the terms, and added our notes to the contract. Project manager Gage and the team that came to our home was quick and professional. They periodically filled us in on the progress and communicated any changes or concerns. When the project was completed, they walked us through and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. Since finishing, we have had several rainy weeks and a completely dry basement. Based on the product, work, and customer service, we will be highly recommending Erie Homes to anyone needing basement or waterproofing work."

"The process was easy, and pricing options were provided up fromt. They gave clear instructions about what they needed for the appraisal. They provided an appraisal quickly, with a nice turn around time. I would call this company again next I need an appraisal."

"Sold me what I needed."

"Jeremiah did an amazing job! He stayed all day to check every inch of the house, used thermal imaging and even a drone, radon tested several different areas and walked us though the house when he was finished to show what us what needed to be repaired, not just gave report and let us figure it out. He spent about an hour just pointing out everything! Incredibly detailed, thorough and just fantastic work! After the repairs were suggested, and if the seller agrees, Jeremiah said he'd come back to verify the work and help us with any home projects in the future! He's so good, we hired him to do 2 inspections and will keep hiring him for all our home buying and project needs!"

"This professional showed up on time as he said he would. He took his time and answered all questions and gave his expert opinion. Turn around time on report was fast."

"Nice, helpful, informative. Showed up on time and was very thorough and detailed. 10/10 would recommend."
