Greenlight performed a residential roof inspection. The entire process of working with Greenlight was professional and timely. The inspector, Mitch M., arrived at the agreed time and explained the inspection process as well as the reporting. The inspector completed his work and provided a verbal summary of the results. The written report, including supporting photos and a diagram, was available for review the next day. I recommend this company to obtain an independent review of the roof condition.

Greenlight Roof Inspection is a very professional and competent service that I highly recommend to any homeowner who wants to get an independent assessment of his roof's condition. Our house isnâ  t 2 years old yet but the roof is leaking. The builder tried to tell me that it is from wind and not covered under the warranty. I had Mitch come out to do an independent roof inspection. He was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough performing our inspection. It revealed a few areas of faulty workmanship and no evidence of any natural causes. The full report he provided includes pictures and a detailed analysis. I was amazed at the intricately detailed documentation of Mitch's roof inspection. His report, which looked as classy as a Home & Garden spread, included an astounding 64 pretty pictures that looked like the work of a pro photographer. The inspection was done for my nitpicking mortgage broker, which so far had proven to be nearly impossible to please. Believe me, the fact that they accepted his report on the same day it was submitted is a great testament to his abilities. His rates were quite reasonable, his report was timely, and to top it off, his sunny disposition made doing business an absolute pleasure. In summation, I can say with total confidence, "Don't you dare go anywhere else for a roof inspection!"
