I contacted Jerry on a Thursday - he was out at my house to take a look at the damage on a Friday - and then the work was completed on a Sunday. Considering the high workload all contractors were likely dealing with after the hurricane I was very happy with how quickly I was helped. I was also very happy with the communication Jerry provided me along the way. He called & texted to keep me updated, and even texted me before and after pictures of the chimney cap so I did not need to get on the roof to inspect the work. It is also worth noting that I asked Jerry several times if it would be best to replace the entire chimney cap instead of repairing my current one (which would have been more income for him). chimney . During the process a roof joist snapped and the owner came out
on a Friday evening to fix the problem. They also came back to replace
part of the roof that got stained by cement during the chimney repair. I
