"Excellent. The difference between the old drafty windows and the new ones is amazing. I haven't had to have a space heater running all night. I can't wait to see what the difference will be on my utility bills this winter and summer. Plus can have windows open in the summer now because my old ones didn't even have screens.

I flip houses and do remodeling for a living and have done business with the owner in the past. Always professional and even came by during the installation to check on the progress and quality. I will continue to use Windows Direct of Cincinnati in all of my future progects and highly recommend them. I have recommend them to friends, neighbors, and other contractors also."

"We had all our windows replaced. Out of 14 windows the had to come back and replace one screen. They were great and when I called about the screen they had a great tech out here to replace it as soon as it was remade. Everyone we felt with in the company has been great and with Covid they did it as quickly as they could."

"They had the work scheduled within a week. It was a ground water issue. We installed a collector box, dug up the damaged clay pipe, installed a section of PVC and backfilled. We were pleased with how soon they were able to start and the ability to be flexible when the problem was somewhat different from what we originally thought. I would use them again."
