When Tim came back into my home with the needed parts, he placed booties over his shoes and placed a canvas cloth on my floor at the work area. I thanked him for this and he said ‘we want to be sure it is as clean or cleaner when we leave’ and he did! We chatted while he worked and he NEVER had a negative comment about his job or even the sloppy work from the previous plumber/handy man. By the time he was finished, which was quickly and efficiently, I felt like I had met the plumber of my dreams!"
