He was able to source the flooring we wanted and got it delivered quickly. They started install on the day that was promised and stayed late after finding the floors needed to be leveled. When he found an issue with some damaged floorboards, he sent pictures immediately and explained what needed to be done. He sent pictures and was in touch at every step. Did I mention the flooring?
