Humane Wildlife Control Solutions is Kentuckiana's only certified humane wild animal removal company. Our team humanely evicts and permanently excludes wild animals from your home or business, and provides immediate same-day service to begin the process to remove the animals. We also offer emergency removal services for animals that have gotten into your living area and animal damage cleanup.

"So I have a raccoon problem and needed assistance with it. They did come out pretty quickly but everything went downhill from there. First of all it was $700 to set up one cage and have it monitored. They said no matter how many animals they catch that's the price. I noticed that the bait they put in the cage was gone and not replaced for 2 days so i called and their unprofessional "supervisor" told me that the more I call the more it impedes on the process. There were probably maybe 10 days out of 2 months that the cage had bait in it. They caught a rabbit. After two months of waiting I asked if they were going to move on with fixing my hole in my chimney and they said I was supposed to call them when there has been 7 consecutive days of no activity... it had been months!!! They're the one's monitoring, by the way. So they said we'll come out on an all day time frame to pick up the cage and move on with the next steps. They came and grabbed the cage but never called, text or knocked. I will never use them again and I hope no one does. Abysmal customer service (if you can call it that) and did a p*** poor job. By the way, still dealing with raccoons but critter control already caught one and is much cheaper. This company is a S C A M!!!!"

Animal Removal questions, answered by experts

Look for consistent buzzing sounds, visible hives, or increased bee activity around your property.

DIY animal removal is rarely a good idea and is not advised for many reasons. First, these types of animals can carry diseases and, therefore, pose a health risk to you, your family, and your pets if mishandled. Second, depending on your city or municipality, it may be illegal to remove or handle wildlife yourself.

Sealing your home against these animals yourself is also a bad idea. Trapping an animal under your house will cause odor and insect problems when it passes away.

If you’re dealing with a bee colony on your property, you might wonder if they’ll leave naturally over time. The answer depends on their circumstances. Bees often relocate if the hive becomes overcrowded, food is scarce, or they face a threat. With that said, if a hive’s location is safe, warm, and with plentiful food sources, they are unlikely to relocate on their own, and the hive may persist for many generations.

Yes, honey bees can sting, but they typically only do it when they feel their hive is threatened. When honey bees are away from their hive, they’re focused on foraging for pollen and nectar, making them unlikely to sting. Only female honey bees, called workers, have stingers, and they will die if they need to use them. Generally, if left undisturbed, honey bees will leave you alone.

Any tree that emits a sap or resin can attract yellow jackets. They are particularly attracted to the tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima), which emits a sweet sap that both yellow jackets and spotted lanternflies love.
