So I have a raccoon problem and needed assistance with it. They did come out pretty quickly but everything went downhill from there. First of all it was $700 to set up one cage and have it monitored. They said no matter how many animals they catch that's the price. I noticed that the bait they put in the cage was gone and not replaced for 2 days so i called and their unprofessional "supervisor" told me that the more I call the more it impedes on the process. There were probably maybe 10 days out of 2 months that the cage had bait in it. They caught a rabbit. After two months of waiting I asked if they were going to move on with fixing my hole in my chimney and they said I was supposed to call them when there has been 7 consecutive days of no activity... it had been months!!! They're the one's monitoring, by the way. So they said we'll come out on an all day time frame to pick up the cage and move on with the next steps. They came and grabbed the cage but never called, text or knocked. I will never use them again and I hope no one does. Abysmal customer service (if you can call it that) and did a p*** poor job. By the way, still dealing with raccoons but critter control already caught one and is much cheaper. This company is a S C A M!!!!

The most horrible company I've dealt with in a while they are so unprofessional I can't even believe it, I gave them $622 they came one day brought a crappy little trap for a raccoon raccoons came they couldn't even fit in it so I call to get a bigger cage on the third day at night at 7:00 in the evening I said if you guys don't bring another cage I'm going to dispute this with my card company the next thing I know I got a call from a manager screaming at me I mean screaming I tried to talk to him he said I'm talking I'm talking, I could not believe the way he spoke to me he said we're coming to get our cage and we're finished with a customer like you I said a customer like me you mean the one that's been waiting for 3 days you've called our office too many times I called once today and twice the other two days because they said they were coming but never came and I asked what time the guy would be coming but that was too much for them I guess they are thieves they're liars they said they were coming each day when I called and never came I would not recommend this company at all beware they take your money and don't do anything for it

Not good. The owner didn't answer his phone for over 2 hours. I ended up capturing the snake. All he did was come later, pick up the snake and charged me $350.

We call early in the morning on a Saturday (around 7AM) and discovered that we were sent to one of their actual technicians and not an answering service. I can't remember the technicians name but he was very nice. I say he was very nice because we were terrified because a squirrel was running loose in our attic and I was having a panic attack. He immediately sent a technician out to capture the squirrel and then we walked around the house and checked on the roof to figure out how they were getting in. He also went in the attic. He put a weird looking device on the house that worked like a one-way door that let squirrels out but not back in and then came back out and fixed the area of the roof that was loose that let them in. He said there was a 10 year guarantee on the area that was loose but that he didn't have a copy of the warranty. I had him put that on the receipt he gave me just in case and later the office sent me a copy of the certificate so that I would have it. Overall I would hire this company again. Everything was great but it did take a while for the squirrels to finally all leave. The technician who came out said he works on set fee and doesn't charge per animal. He said that the company stopped charging per animal because other companies were going down the street and letting the animals loose so they could charge multiple fees. He said it was unethical to charge per animal.

It all sounds good, but Humane Wildlife Control Solutions takes no responsibility for the work of their Contractors.  If you get a poor performer as I did, you lose your money.  The Technician assigned to my job was not punctual, would not respond to texts or phone calls (even from the main office), and never followed-up after the first visit.  I had to bring in another person to remove the traps, seal the holes, and clean the area – all services promised by my Technician for the $350 fee, which he required I pay in full on the first visit.  In short, Humane Wildlife Control Solutions over-promises and under-delivers.

They came out and inspected the house. Told us exactly how they would remove the raccoons. Due to the age and some damage on our house (that we didn't want to fix immediately) it was determined that they needed to be trapped instead of excluded. They removed them all and we no longer hear the scratching in the house.
