Louisville Chimney

He was fixing a leak and so, he ended up having to put in a new chimney cap on. It is still leaking. They have not finished the job yet. They don't like to return the phone calls. I called them as there was a leak and they came out. They put some sealer on the brick hoping that it was going to be the solution but it was not. They came back and put more sealer on. They established that it needed a new chimney cap. They had to order that. So, they came back and put that in. They told me that they needed to let the caulk set before they put the handle that extended down to open the flue as that was now a part of the flue. I have been calling ever since to get him to come back with the handle but he still has not come. It is hard for me to look at the price as the job has not finished yet. I came up with a quote that was $200 but ended up paying $500 which is not good. It took place in May but it is now November and they still aren't here. He was friendly every time that he came but he has not finished the job and it still leaks. I would not recommend them to anybody.
