Best popcorn ceiling pros near Independence, KY

"Professional. Knowledgeable. Efficient. We are very impressed with the way they repaired our ceilings and left our house clean."

"Really impressed with everyone from start to finish. Talked with Tim initially and he coordinated the various projects and times. Richard and David arrived ready to work. Both of these men moved from job to job, answering our questions and quickly completing each task. They arrived early the second day and did not take a break until the work was complete. Richard and David were professional, courteous, and very oriented toward customer satisfaction. We had a ceiling repair and Tim had a separate crew to finish this repair/replacement. Erin and Scott showed up ready to complete the project. They were courteous and completed the job in a timely manner. A pleasure watching a team work together. We could not have asked for a better experience all the way around. These folks were proud of the company they worked at. Did a great job cleaning up after the job were completed. We will use Tri State Complete Home Repair in the future and will happily recommend them to others. Job well done."

"Todd did a great job replacing and repairing drywall in my livingroom and basement. It was a tricky job. He did the work as agreed and did extra with the basement repair to make it a smooth transition into the already partially repaired basement ceiling. The quality was top-notch all the way. I am so pleased with the quality of the work, professionalism, and timeliness (on schedule as promised). I will definitely reach out to them first for any future work."

"The brochure say's that the owner or son will be on site to see the job through, that's far from the truth. After the son visit to secure the deal, make promises or elude to promises, don't expect to get a return phone call even to follow up. The job started with leaving roof items in the back driveway in clear vision of the street with my gate left open. I had to secure the loose walk away items in my garage to avoid someone from getting ideas. I was not staying t the house at the time, luckily I stopped by to check. When they arrived they did not even take an inventory to see if anything was missing until I pointed it out. They were messy with tearing of the roof and I had to remind them to clean my entrance and neighbors yard. I brought up the fact to the main contact go between (which is the secretary) after contract is sign that the crew was urinating in my back yard after I told them they could use the bathroom. There was supervision of the crew on the first day but nothing for the next day. I was billed over 1K for rotted wood replacement and I was told they would be pictures for proof but I was never was shown any. After the job was done, then came the review of the work and "where my check". A discrepancy was noted on the flashing but I was told they fixed it but never witness nor knew when they came. I got a phone call to see they did it and the secretary came to get the check. I still see one or two pieces of strip of plastic and green nails from the job on my 3K over budget roof from the Angie's offer. The price is no bargain compare to better professionalism all around from other companies from previous quotes obtained. This is a matter of you get what you pay for and being stuck after a $5,800 down payment."

"The work that was performed went smooth. Fusion roofing showed up did what they said they were gonna do and did it in good fashion. I would absolutely hire them again"

"Jason and Josh did an excellent job! They arrived on time and worked hard all day. They did a great job repairing the holes in our walls (there were many - large and small). They were able to finish the job in one day, which we did not expect, because it was a large job. Jason was easy to work with, polite, hard working and professional. We highly recommend him and would definitely call him back again!

"There was an error made on our invoice and the owner himself resolved it quickly and professionally."

"Paramount showed earlier than the designated time. Which was just fine with us. They steam cleaned the affected area and scotch guarded the area as well. I happened to notice on the side of their van that they cleaned tile grout. They were willing to do it while they were here on my polished limestone bathroom and shower stall. The guy was friendly and professional and efficient!"
