"Great crew and very good work. Professional, hard working, good relationship with the concrete compary so driver was happy to be talked into putting the truck where it needed to be. I have 50 years of experience and too old to do it any more. There guys do it the old fashion way like I always did it. I had some of my own equipment. They clean up and returned all of my stuff after the job was done and concrete was cured and uncovered. I will be using them again. I have always pulled TEST SAMPLES Beginning - Middle and End of a pour. Not with Tom Dugan. As an untrusting man, I trusted Dugan. I will have another 20 year's to pour in the late spring. I gave him lots of specification and drawing. Spoke to him and put it all in writing so we were clear. People buying services often do not do that. Tom Dugan read it and looked at it and we talk about it and HE DID IT ALL PERFECTLY. PS He is not a friend or relative but I respect him as a craftsman and artisan."

"I hired Gray and Sons to replace 208 feet of sidewalk around a home I own near UC. The city mandated that I replace the broken sidewalk blocks that border my corner property and quoted me an outrageous price to have them do it. I contacted Gray and Sons and Clarence Gray did the entire 208 ft as well as replace my 125 year old front steps for less money and better quality. I have since hired him to replace a driveway at a house I own in Mt. Washington as well as repair a 50 ft long stockade fence and repair my cracked concrete front porch. He is also replacing the front steps and some of the sidewalk on my personal residence. I would highly recommend Gray & Sons for your concrete projects or any other renovation or remodeling work. "They came out and looked at it, gave us a price. We paid the deposit, but after several weeks of not hearing from them, we called them. They gave us a future date of about 6 weeks, so we waited. Fine. When they came out to do the repair, they injected about 4 dime-size holes with the foam material. It did lift the concrete, but he said he could not lift it any higher. We are left with a gap still of almost an inch. And now we have ponding water in another section of the walkway. If they were not able to completely fix the problem, they should have told us up front if we would have to replace the concrete rather than the foam injection. Now, we are out $1300, and still have a gap and ponding water. Also, the technician never gave us a receipt, even though we asked twice for one to be sent. It has been several weeks since we first notified them of our complaint, and they have still not come out to fix it like they promised. Hopefully they will follow through. The man we dealt with over the phone seemed very nice, but we want the project completed correctly."
