"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Braxton came as scheduled to level up the various slabs of concrete in our driveway. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pleased with the work he did and the level of service he provided! The weather did not allow him to finish the job to his satisfaction. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. "I wanted to follow up my earlier post now that the job has been completed. The work to be done, our house was built in 1968 and there was a gap between the basement wall and the foundation that needed to be filled. We also needed to encapsulate the space. We were in the process of selling our home, and this issue came up in the home inspection. As anyone who has bought or sold a home this summer knows, we found out all the contracting firms are booked solid. We offered to work with the buyer, making repairs after close via escrow, but the buyer rejected and the offer was withdrawn. We decided to go through with the repairs recommended in the inspection report, including the work listed for the crawl space before relisting. We were concerned we would end up in the same situation, unable to make repairs in the inspection report. We had already purchased our new home and were carrying two mortgage payments. Another delay to close would be expensive. As mentioned earlier, Marty from Advantage Restoration was able to inspect and provide us an estimate for the work needed within days of our call. The owner of the Advantage, Mike Bird, called me directly to work out the schedule. Advantage Restoration was booked up, but our job was a smaller one, so they were able to fit our project between other projects. The work was started at the scheduled date and was completed in 2 days, as estimated. All work was done as specified on the estimate, and the final cost matched the estimated cost. The work itself looked great. The work crew explained the work and each step in the process to completion. The final result, we relisted the house and received a new offer. After inspection, there were no remediation items listed by the buyer, including the crawl space, and we are moving straight to closing. Mission accomplished! "For the second time we are so pleased with our recent contract with Potter House Group.  Our first experience with Potter House Group was a new build construction project.  They found us a lot and built us a custom home about 9 years ago.  Since then we relocated into a 115 year old home and we hired them for our kitchen remodel.  First we did our research, and we sought bids from several contractors.  Potter House Group once again had a competitive quote, that we felt had all the "bases" and potential "surprises" covered.  We also felt that the allowances that were allotted in our estimate allowed us to select quality selections for the fixtures, granite, cabinetry & flooring.  What impressed us the most is that once again we worked directly with the owner, Lee, for the duration of the project.  From the very beginning, Lee was professional, honest, and extremely efficient with our time.  Our kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare studs, removing of walls, flooring, electric, and a back staircase.  When you are without the hub of your home-the kitchen-meeting timelines is very important.   They met all timelines and brought in the necessary resources and tradesmen to perform various scopes of work.  All the inspections that were needed went well too.  Lee addressed any questions or concerns we had during the process responsively.  Without a doubt, Potter House Group will be the contactor we use for the next job.  We are already dreaming of our next project, a master bath addition.  Can?t wait!  Potter House Group is highly recommended!!!
