Easy communication

AC was fixed and up running within 15 minutes after they showed up. Definitely a life saver, in what I considered a emergency when the house temperature was reading 101.

I hired this company based on trying to get an AC contractor through Choice Home Warranty. After waiting for 13 days without AC in my house due to their claim they could not contact a contractor to repair my AC, I went to Home Advisor on 6 Jun and Instant Aire was recommended to me and I made the appointment and they did my initial check on 8 Jun and they replaced my whole system (HVAC) on 11 Jun. Very professional and very knowledgeable. House now very confortable now verses sitting in then house without AC at 92 degrees.

The service technician was very professional and took his time explaining to us exactly what was going on and what the issue was. And that he will come back. To look at the unit again to ensure everything is working properly

First let me say that the technician came out at 11:30 pm at night to fix the A/C and he was very professional and willing to work with us to resolve the A/C problem, his knowledge of the A/C unit is noteworthy, he gave me good and honest information as to what was needed to repair the A/C unit, he also had the part that was needed for the repair on his truck and his willingness to work with me on the payment for the service was greatly appreciate. I rated the "value for money" a 4.0 just because I had nobody else to compare it too, but I was highly satisfied with him. He came early, and was very informative with everything that was going on and explained the testing part and took his time to make sure that we understood what he was doing every step of the way.
