"Do NOT use this company unless you want to be charged astronomically higher than what you should be. I had a furnace/air system put in and charged over 10,000 when unit itself costs a little over 3,000. Had pipes in kitchen alone done and charged 2,800 and left the wall out from floor to ceiling where pipes went. Now 5 years after purchasing this unit tried to charge me $800 for a part repair that was under warranty so that was for labor alone went elsewhere and had done for $180. They take advantage of people that aren’t knowledgeable on what stuff like this should cost. Don’t appreciate repeat customers and you will never pay a fair price avoid at all costs."

"Alex was very punctual, and he went right to work. He asked me for some towels to put in the dryer and had me identify the noises that I had reported. Then after he had removed the front cover and the tub, he showed me the things that were wrong. He was very efficient. He had already diagnosed the problem from what I had told him, had me send him a picture of the model number, and had bought a kit with the replacement parts. He also cleaned out all the lint that filled the inside of the dryer. When he was finished and had reassembled the dryer, he asked me to come listen to the dryer running. It sounded great! He was very honest and said if the motor ever quit working, to buy a new dryer. I thought his price was reasonable considering all that he had done and the money saved from buying a new dryer. He left everything very neat."
