"EXCELLENTLY! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and amazing sun room! Windows and screens can be removed for easy cleaning. "We had our bathroom remodeled and a old addition tore down and a larger one built. The owners are really upfront and honest which is a huge deal. You will need to purchase a specific waterproof floor paint for concrete and apply several coats over several days if you want your garage floor to be truly impermeable. While the process is similar to sealing the floors, the materials are different, and the need for multiple coats will extend the process and drying time.

You’ll usually need to prime a garage floor before painting—especially if the floor is unpainted. Garage floors are made from concrete, which is porous and produces dust. The dust can contaminate the paint and cause issues with adherence.
