Todd and his crew responded quickly when our insurance company contacted them. They arrived the same day to assess the damage and came back the next day to begin the process of tearing out our floor and ceiling. They made sure it was completely dry and mold was removed before they started the build back process. Throughout the entire process, the company was in constant contact regarding the materials we wanted to use and when we could expect workers to arrive. If there was a change in plans, Melissa made sure we were aware of it. Even thought I know they were working on other projects, they made us feel as if ours was the top priority. Everyone was truly concerned with minimizing the disruption to our daily lives and restoring the damaged areas of our home to better than new condition. We cannot say enough good things about this company.
