Came the next day and diagnosed the problem. Came back the next day and fixed the issue. I bought the service package so I received $50 off and a free service call for only 13.00 per month. Think it’s worth it because I also get fall and spring service calls to service my system. Overall great service and doesn’t break the bank!

Came earlier than scheduled but did call first. Inspected unit and found several issues including an incorrect previous repair. Quoted a price, left to get parts needed for repair. Air runs better than I ever remember. Did talk me into a membership but that was my choice. Would hire again, if needed. Very courteous and explained everything to me.

Satisfied overall with the service they provided. Only issue I have is that I had to call them back out to fix a workmanship issue.

On time and considerate of timeing

The tech was great and didn't treat us like a bunch of dumb kids who don't know anything about a furnace (which we are ). Wonderful communication between us and the company their receptionist (?) Called to update us on the time becuase the tech was running a little late from another job and was super nice overall.

I really enjoyed the company they came out and They came straight out did what they were supposed to do and did more I was greatly appreciated and I loved that they respected my home and my dogs enjoyed them I would hire them again with no problem

Very responsive to customer. Terry explained everything thoroughly and always responded to my questions. They even made an emergency repair to the old unit to keep it going, while the new unit was on order. Terry and install team were always on time for the appointments. Very pleased with Air Supreme.

I was without air conditioning for a week waiting on someone else to come to my home. When i sent the request through Home Advisor I received a call within five minutes. They came next morning and I had A/C within 30 minutes. They did have to come out again the next morning and fix another issue. Everyone I had contact with was very courteous. Will recommend them to everyone.

terry was very polite and professional,explained everything to me great people! 1week later joel davis came out for a leak test follow up very professional and kind the type of person you would like to be around ! i will call them in a heart beat if i need anything again thanks guys
