"We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. "Windows done right! We had our original 1978 windows in our home. They were out dated & completely inefficient. We looked around for windows and were really impressed with what *Improve It* hadn't offer & the affordability. We went from 21 leaky, out dated inefficient, unreliable windows to 11 GORGEOUS big open, beautiful sun giving windows! No more plastic on our windows!!! Easy to open & close, safety locks, tempered because of the ginormous size, safe & easy to clean! Win, Win!!! The crew was AMAZING!!! Not to mention how professional and courteous they were! All while working around and with 2 small children in the home. Fast, efficient, professional & gorgeous! We loved our experience enough to share with our family who just had their old windows replaced!!! Next project, BATHROOM!!!"
