"After quoting out with multiple companies, Ohio Basement Authority was a great choice. They were very thorough in explaining the options and were courteous on the day of the drainage install. I appreciated that they took great care with the sprinkler lines and repairing any items accidentally hit. "Windows done right! We had our original 1978 windows in our home. They were out dated & completely inefficient. We looked around for windows and were really impressed with what *Improve It* hadn't offer & the affordability. We went from 21 leaky, out dated inefficient, unreliable windows to 11 GORGEOUS big open, beautiful sun giving windows! No more plastic on our windows!!! Easy to open & close, safety locks, tempered because of the ginormous size, safe & easy to clean! Win, Win!!! The crew was AMAZING!!! Not to mention how professional and courteous they were! All while working around and with 2 small children in the home. Fast, efficient, professional & gorgeous! We loved our experience enough to share with our family who just had their old windows replaced!!! Next project, BATHROOM!!!"
