The shop vac was not acceptable for my wood floors. I was not home when they left but my husband said they did not stay for 4 hrs. I found cobwebs in my living room behind a bag that I forgot to move before I left. This was the 2nd deep clean of my house in the last 3 mos. But with different companies. I would have stayed with the first but her price was too expensive to clean on a regular basis. I would have thought the owner would have contacted me after the cleaning was completed to receive my response."
