We install and service underground pet fences in 44 counties in Southern Kentucky and 12 counties in Northern Tennessee that lie along the Kentucky border. One of the most important parts of a successful containment is the training of your dog. That's why our company policy is that your dog will always be trained by one of the owners of our company, no exceptions. We'll complete the initial 1/2 hour training session as soon as we finish the installation, and then work with you to finish the training over the next week or so. Anything less than a 100% containment of your dog is unacceptable. Hargis Home Improvement is a local small business that provides services to those in the communtiy. We do all types of work needed at homes and businesses. It is run by myself, Jesse Hargis. Larger jobs may include sub-contractors, but customer will be notified in advance. All work require a signed contract by all parties. We require half of monies up front with the rest upon completion of work. Larger and longer jobs may require draws, but will be discussed and written in contract.
