We have no employees and don't hire any contract labor, so all of the work is performed by us. We're all fully trained and have a combined 30 years of experience between us. One of the most important parts of a successful containment is the training of your dog. That's why our company policy is that your dog will always be trained by one of the owners of our company, no exceptions. We'll complete the initial 1/2 hour training session as soon as we finish the installation, and then work with you to finish the training over the next week or so. Anything less than a 100% containment of your dog is unacceptable. We require half of monies up front with the rest upon completion of work. Larger and longer jobs may require draws, but will be discussed and written in contract.
